Role Description

We are seeking organized and detail-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Excursion Coordinators. In this role, you will assist with organizing travel arrangements and coordinating trip details to ensure smooth and seamless travel experiences for clients. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy planning, organization, and helping others navigate the details of travel.

Travel Logistics Coordinators work with established booking platforms and travel suppliers to coordinate reservations, manage itineraries, and support clients throughout the travel planning process.

• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, transportation, and vacation packages
• Organize travel logistics and ensure all reservation details are accurate and complete
• Communicate with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and timelines
• Confirm bookings with travel suppliers and maintain accurate travel records
• Assist clients with itinerary coordination and travel documentation details
• Monitor travel updates, schedule changes, and supplier communications
• Provide support to travelers before and during their trips when needed
• Maintain professional communication with clients and travel partners

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable using online systems and digital communication tools
• Interest in travel, hospitality, tourism, or logistics
• Previous experience in travel planning, customer service, logistics, or hospitality is helpful but not required
• MUST RESIDE in one of the following countries: United States, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Aruba, Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, Brazil, Cayman Islands, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, France, Germany, Grenada, Guatemala, Honduras, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Portugal, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Spain, Sweden, Trinidad and Tobago, United Kingdom, and Uruguay.
