This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, highly organized, and interested in developing skills in planning and coordination. No prior experience is required—training and support are provided to help you succeed in a structured, remote environment.

• Assisting with event planning tasks and travel coordination
• Organizing schedules, timelines, and planning details
• Supporting the collection of client preferences and requirements
• Tracking tasks to ensure all plans stay on schedule
• Communicating updates, confirmations, and key information
• Maintaining organized digital records and planning systems
