Core Responsibilities & Daily Tasks

• Managing customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone with fluent, professional Dutch and English skills.
• Investigating and resolving detailed reservation issues and account inquiries with patience and empathy.
• Staying up to date on global travel rules and corporate systems to provide accurate, high-level guidance.
• Recording all guest interactions precisely in the database to keep client histories accurate.
• Meeting individual efficiency metrics while collaborating with a global workforce to maintain service excellence.
