Role Description

Join our team as a Destination Wedding Coordinator, supporting couples who are planning wedding celebrations at resort and travel destinations while working remotely. In this role, you will assist couples and their guests by helping organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and itinerary details so their wedding celebration is coordinated smoothly from start to finish. Your focus will be on organization, communication, and attention to detail while helping couples manage the travel planning portion of their destination wedding.

As a Destination Wedding Coordinator, you will work with couples to review resort options, accommodation arrangements, and travel logistics for their wedding group. Destination weddings often involve coordinating travel plans for multiple guests, so organization and clear documentation are essential. You will assist with:
