Role Description

We are seeking organized, curious individuals who enjoy researching destinations and helping others prepare for memorable vacations. As a Destination Planning Associate, you will assist clients with exploring locations, comparing vacation options, and coordinating the services they select.

• Planning requests may include beach destinations, all-inclusive resorts, cruises, city stays, family vacations, couples escapes, group trips, tours, and international experiences.
• You will help simplify the planning process by providing useful information and keeping important details organized.

Previous experience in the travel industry is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized with careful attention to detail
• Interested in destination research and vacation planning
• Comfortable comparing information and presenting options
• Able to manage priorities and meet deadlines
• Dependable and comfortable working independently
• Basic computer, internet, and email proficiency
• Willing to learn digital reservation and supplier systems
• Reliable internet connection and compatible device
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region

Requirements

• Learn about each client's destination preferences, dates, budget, and vacation priorities
• Research locations and experiences that fit individual requests
• Review available hotels, resorts, cruises, tours, transportation, excursions, and activities
• Compare choices based on features, availability, and client needs
• Prepare vacation options for clients to consider
• Answer general questions about destinations and available services
• Coordinate selected arrangements through approved supplier platforms
• Review traveler names, dates, and reservation details for accuracy
• Organize confirmations and other essential vacation information
• Track important reservation requirements and payment deadlines
• Communicate updates and follow up on outstanding planning items
• Assist with routine changes and reservation-related requests
• Maintain accurate records for client arrangements
• Expand your knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and vacation products through continued education
