• Offer friendly, reliable customer support through phone, email, and messaging
• Assist clients as they explore and book travel options such as cruises, resorts, flights, and vacation packages
• Walk customers through itineraries, payment details, and travel documents
• Research destinations, promotions, and travel choices that fit each client's needs
• Help resolve simple booking or account-related issues
• Maintain clear, consistent communication throughout the planning process
• Use travel systems, booking tools, and customer service best practices
• Apply basic marketing and computer skills to support client communication and travel promotions
• Use social media basics (posting, sharing updates, responding to inquiries) to highlight travel deals and engage with potential clients

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with a warm, professional tone
• Basic computer skills, including comfort with email, online tools, and simple marketing tasks
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and willingness to learn simple promotional posting
