Role Description

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Remote Destination Coordinators. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy researching destinations, helping others plan memorable experiences, staying organized, and providing personalized client service.

As a Destination Experience Coordinator, you will work directly with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, interests, and budgets. You will research and present options that fit their needs, which may include:

• Hotels and resorts
• Cruises
• Vacation packages
• Transportation
• Excursions
• Tours
• Other destination experiences

You will assist clients throughout the planning process by:

• Coordinating reservations
• Organizing important details
• Preparing customized travel information
• Providing timely communication and follow-up

The goal is to create a well-organized and enjoyable planning experience while helping clients feel confident and prepared for their upcoming travel. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training, resources, and ongoing support are provided for individuals who are willing to learn and develop their skills.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately manage important information
• Comfortable researching information online and learning new technology
• Ability to manage multiple client requests and deadlines
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Customer service, hospitality, administrative, sales, or travel experience is helpful but not required
• Willingness to complete training and continue developing destination and industry knowledge
