• Assist clients in planning and booking cruise vacations tailored to their preferences.
• Share expert knowledge on cruise lines, ships, destinations, and excursions.
• Manage reservations, payments, and travel documentation with accuracy.
• Provide ongoing communication and exceptional customer service throughout the process.
• Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
