We're looking for an organized and detail-driven Booking Agent to support daily operations by coordinating reservations, managing client requests, and ensuring each step of the booking process runs smoothly from start to finish. In this role, you'll use established systems, tools, and training to coordinate booking requests, organize reservation details, maintain accurate records, and communicate with clients throughout the process. You'll work independently while ensuring timely follow-ups, clear communication, and a high level of accuracy across all tasks.

• Coordinate bookings, reservations, and scheduling timelines
• Organize and confirm details including dates, accommodations, activities, and related arrangements
• Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates throughout the process
• Maintain accurate digital records and booking documentation using company systems
• Review reservation details to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Monitor booking progress and follow up on outstanding items as needed
• Support efficient operations by keeping workflows organized and on schedule
