[Hiring] Supply Chain Planner @Keurig Dr Pepper

Role Description

The Supply Chain Planner position will provide the analysis to determine mid- & long-term plant production planning that will ensure the DPSG Supply Chain is set to service customer requirements at the lowest possible operating costs.

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Lead weekly planning connects to ensure full visibility, alignment, and accountability between plant teams and business objectives.
• Become a super user & trainer on the best use of the o9 system for Supply Planning.
• Develop & manage Rough Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP) for mid & long-term production planning as part of DPSG’s monthly Integrated Planning Process to set production targets and evaluate sales opportunities for the business.
• Work with Regional Supply Planning Managers & Customer Operations to resolve supply and capacity issues.
• Collaborate with plant and inventory planning teams to propose inventory transfers, line/plant capacity balancing, and other solutions to ensure Supply Chain objectives are met.
• Work with Transportation, WH, & production planning to navigate warehouse limitations.
• Lead regular calls to project future constraints & employ solutions.
• Evaluate Capacity options and availability for new Product Initiatives and determine the most effective way to support product launch by region.
• Responsible for working with Plant Planning Teams to adjust plans based on inventory levels projected in o9 to ensure inventory is aligned to business targets.
• Lead Weekly Plant Alignment Meetings & support Monthly Supply Review Meetings as part of the Integrated Planning Process.
• Monitor Scheduling complexity by line and ensure success against corporate production cycling & pull replenishment goals.
• Utilize o9 to develop scenarios to analyze our best course of action when planning/supply decisions.
• Maintain master data and properly manage SKU changes/continuations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of experience using SAP or similar ERP system.
• Some experience with using o9 Planning Software.
• 3 years of experience utilizing various formulas, tables, & pivot tables in Excel.

Requirements

• 2 years of Supply Chain Planning or related experience (preferred).
• Some MicroStrategy experience (preferred).

Benefits

• Salary range $62,500 - $85,000.
• Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors.
