[Hiring] Sr. Analyst, Supply Chain Planning – Meals Materials @Eagle Foods, LLC

Role Description

The Sr. Analyst, Supply Chain Planning – Meals Materials is responsible for managing material supply for contract manufacturing production. This includes:

• Working with co-manufacturers to manage material needs to support production plans.
• Resolving supply issues with Eagle suppliers to co-manufacturers.
• Managing material changes and updates for innovation.
• Managing material obsolescence/quality issues and disposition.
• Releasing all material needs in M3 for co-manufacturing production.
• Approving material invoices and managing book to book reconciliation daily/weekly with co-manufacturers.
• Supporting finance and supply planning on variance management.

Essential Functions include:

• Partnering with co-manufacturers and production scheduling to identify Eagle supplied material needs for both short term and longer term production.
• Transacting in M3 to support blanket PO releases and orders for Eagle supplied materials used for co-manufacturing production.
• Processing/confirming EDI transactions for material receipts and inventory adjustments at co-manufacturers and investigating transactions of concern.
• Monitoring inventory levels and deliveries of needed materials for production.
• Partnering with suppliers and co-man personnel to resolve supply issues (quantity, on time), quality issues, and space planning needs/issues.
• Managing material returns and credits between co-manufacturers and suppliers.
• Developing and managing book to book inventory reconciliation process for Eagle owned materials at all co-manufacturers.
• Supporting the purchasing team and finance/accounts payable in invoice approval for Eagle supplied raw and pack materials at co-manufacturers.
• Tracking and managing inventory obsolescence for raw and pack materials at co-manufacturers.
• Managing material change in coordination with co-manufacturers, Eagle planning and scheduling, R&D, and the innovation PMO for new packaging and product launches.
• Preparing and managing the supply of finished goods and materials for Hamburger Helper MW Cups.
• Assisting in putting together long-term plans to support the monthly Supply Review.
• Performing other functions as requested by your manager.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years work experience in supply chain/logistics.
• Knowledge of plant operations and production scheduling.
• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited University or equivalent experience.
• ERP / MRP experience.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Strong technical, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Requirements

• This role is designated as remote; however, candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace that supports productivity and confidentiality.
• The employee works in a casual laboratory environment and is expected to walk within the plant, requiring personal protective equipment to be worn.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
