[Hiring] Senior Supply Chain Solutions Coordinator @RWS Group

Role Description

As a Senior Supply Chain Solutions Coordinator, you will support our supply chain and production teams in building and managing customized supply chain solutions enabling client delivery across a range of localization and/or data services projects. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Onboarding
• Qualification
• Compliance
• Contracting
• Reporting
• Supplier performance management activities

You will be expected to take ownership of a specific sub-area or initiative and ensure it performs according to expectations, proactively flagging risks, reporting on progress, and working with senior team members to ensure any applicable policies and/or requirements are followed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience related to supply chain management / vendor management / project management or similar role, ideally in localization and/or data services industry.
• Ability to take ownership of sub-projects and smaller areas and manage these with minimal supervision.
• Great communication skills, both spoken and written, along with a positive personality.
• Process and results-oriented.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize while engaged on multiple projects at once.
• Ability to work with data, analyse it and draw relevant conclusions / provide recommendations and reports.
