[Hiring] Senior Manager Procurement and Supply Chain @Beale Infrastructure

Role Description

Beale Infrastructure Group is seeking a highly skilled professional to manage strategic sourcing and category management for mechanical equipment across its data center portfolio. The role involves optimizing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) while balancing cost, quality, schedule, capacity, and risk.

• Develop and execute category strategies for mechanical equipment.
• Lead RFx processes from initial RFI/RFP/RFQ through supplier selection, contracting, procurement, and commissioning support.
• Negotiate complex contracts, framework agreements, and capacity reservation agreements.
• Develop multi-sourcing and contingency strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
• Standardize technical requirements in partnership with Design & Engineering.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in category management, strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain leadership.
• Experience managing significant construction, infrastructure, or capital equipment spend.
• Demonstrated experience supporting data center or other mission-critical construction projects.
• Deep understanding of data center infrastructure and mechanical construction components.
• Strong understanding of mechanical equipment, long-lead equipment, and associated supply chain considerations.
• Proven experience managing strategic supplier and OEM relationships.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience with demonstrated exceptional ability.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance and project specifications.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods of approximately 8–10 hours per day.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 20 lbs.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions, including for supplier and yard audits.
