[Hiring] Procurement Support Coordinator @Indotronix International Corporation

Role Description

• Interface daily with Supply Chain Managers, Operations, and Value Stream leaders to identify and prioritize critical supplier parts.
• Escalate part issues, obtain supplier commitments, and update SAP Mismatch tool and internal trackers.
• Collaborate with procurement to identify and drive supplier schedule improvements.
• Communicate critical part status and material availability to cross-functional teams.
• Clear internal bottlenecks to ensure timely part movement through approvals, inspections, and engineering changes.
• Attend and contribute to weekly supply chain and business unit meetings.
• Manage ship commitments, monitor demand vs overdue, and update key spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Track and resolve open actions related to QNs, SRIs, FAIs; prioritize and report on action status.
• Support proactive risk identification and resolution impacting LRU builds.
• Continually enhance communication processes and turnaround times for problem parts.
• Leverage data tracking tools to improve reporting quality and forecasting accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on procurement, material planning, purchasing, supplier management, or production supply-chain support.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and maintaining accurate trackers; SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in shortage management, supplier commitments, and driving issue resolution.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and Engineering.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills, attention to detail, and proven follow-through on multiple priorities.
