[Hiring] Procurement and Logistics Executive @UMAEZ LLC

Role Description

As a Procurement & Logistics Executive, you will support the day-to-day operations of our procurement, inventory, logistics, warehouse, and fulfillment functions. You will be responsible for monitoring orders and inventory, coordinating with suppliers, warehouses, 3PL partners, logistics providers, and internal teams, and ensuring that procurement and shipment activities are properly tracked and followed up. This role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive with follow-ups, and comfortable managing multiple operational tasks at the same time.

What You'll Be Doing

• Monitor fulfillment and delivery status to ensure orders are shipped on time.
• Proactively track all unfulfilled orders (30–180 days) and ensure they are fulfilled, resolved or refunded before customer complaints arise.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, and CS teams to resolve pending order issues and improve delivery performance.
• Work closely with 3PL team and relevant team on inventory updates and fulfillment coordination.
• Assist in daily procurement, purchasing, logistics and supplier coordination.
• Create, track and follow up on RFQ, PO, DO, Invoices, payments, shipment schedules.
• Follow up closely with suppliers on production progress and delivery lead time.
• Work closely with the warehouse team on daily inbound process and operational updates.
• Monitor stock levels and arrange replenishment to avoid stock shortage or overstock.
• Handle shipment arrangements including AIR, FCL and LCL.
• Assist in logistics billing and payment coordination.
• Assist in documentation related to customs clearance and shipping processes.
• Assist in WMS coordination and implementation.
• Maintain accurate records/trackers for purchasing, inventory, logistics, warehouse and fulfillment reports.
• Ensure timely sourcing and material availability to support smooth production planning and operations.
• Assist in improving workflow, SOP and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience.
• Familiar with procurement, inventory management, logistics, warehouse and fulfillment workflow.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Strong attention to detail and able to solve problems independently.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with sourcing platforms and ERP/WMS systems is an advantage.
