Role Description

Own the Journey From Freight Tender to Final Billing. As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll steer shipments through global freight and third-party logistics, connecting carriers, TMS updates, tracking, documentation, and billing. Build international supply chain expertise across multimodal transportation and take your career further with Emapta.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in freight brokerage, dispatch, or transportation logistics
• Proficiency with Transportation Management System (TMS) platforms
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications; experience with Power BI and Power Automate is a plus
• Proficiency with Google Workspace
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Proactive mindset with a "fix it before it breaks" approach
• Strong ability to build productive relationships with carriers, customers, and internal teams

Requirements

• Accept and acknowledge transportation orders
• Enter orders accurately into the Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Tender orders or enter shipment information into designated carrier websites
• Distribute bills of lading (BOLs) to shippers
• Maintain accurate and timely order updates within the TMS
• Track and trace shipments through designated carrier websites
• Procure required paperwork and confirm accounts payable (A/P) information through carrier websites
• Update accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P) information within the TMS
• Release completed shipments for billing within the TMS
