[Hiring] Logistics Coordinator @DCX

Role Description

We are seeking a DCX Client Services - Home-Based Logistics Coordinator who is looking to grow their experience in a fast-paced logistics and supply chain environment. This role is responsible for:

• Coordinating vendor deliveries
• Planning and tracking shipments
• Maintaining accurate warehouse and order records
• Ensuring final products are delivered according to customer requirements

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive with follow-ups, and comfortable working independently while managing tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• College degree in Logistics, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a freight handler, customer service representative, logistics coordinator, logistics management professional, or in a related role.
• Very proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Ability to work within US operating hours.
• Strong computer and internet skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of logistics, freight handling, shipment coordination, and delivery processes.

Requirements

• Experience working with transportation companies
• Track and trace on various LTL provider websites
• Update the transportation management system
• Email delivery notifications
• Alert manager if shipments are delayed
• Excel/data analysis would be beneficial
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
• Experience coordinating with vendors, forwarders, and freight carriers
• Experience tracking shipments and maintaining delivery schedules
• Ability to maintain accurate warehouse stock and order records
• Experience reviewing or vouching supplier invoices
• Strong follow-up and follow-through skills for outstanding shipments, invoices, and other action items
• Ability to identify and resolve shipment issues and delays
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
