[Hiring] Dynamics 365 F&O Senior Consultant - Supply Chain Management @Stoneridge Software

Role Description

Stoneridge Software is looking for a Senior Consultant to lead implementation efforts for Supply Chain Management in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O). As part of a cross-functional team, you will be responsible for:

• Business process and application design, mapping to client business requirements.
• Ensuring solutions align with business goals within supply chain management.
• Gathering requirements and guiding clients through best practices.

A Day in the Life:

• Design the supply chain solution and perform setup for the client, including business processes, system configuration, customization, and integration with third-party applications.
• Facilitate discussions with business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present a technical vision and solutions.
• Serve as a contributor within our implementation delivery team to develop a solution proposal and execution plan.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance in supply chain management and proactively identify risks and mitigation plans.
• Maintain knowledge of third-party software vendors to leverage complementary offerings.
• Communicate complex topics regarding solutions and related projects to diverse audiences.
• Perform demonstrations of D365 SCM to clients as part of project execution.
• Leverage knowledge and experience to find and encourage win-win solutions.
• Organize tasks and projects efficiently and set clear goals to ensure timely completion.
• Make effective decisions and recommendations for Stoneridge Software and clients’ best interests.
• Deliver high-quality work within established deadlines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Prioritize self-development by attending training or self-learning to enhance skills and expertise.
• Instill trust through honesty, integrity, and respect, modeling the organization’s values and vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5-8+ years of consulting experience.
• 3+ years leading D365 F&O implementations.
• At least 2 full life cycle D365 F&O implementations with Supply Chain Management.
• Experience working within the following D365 F&O modules: Advanced Warehouse/Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Inventory Valuation and Closing, Logistics, Product Information Management, Product Returns, and/or Supply Chain.
• Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English.

Requirements

• This position is available remotely in the United States.
• Incumbent is expected to travel across the United States and Canada for industry events and onsite client collaboration.
• Travel is expected to be up to 25% of the role.
