Role Description
We are looking for a VP-level strategic operator to serve as a close thought partner to the President. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: helping shape the agenda, translating direction into clear priorities, and driving follow-through across the leadership team and the broader organization. Ideal candidates will have had demonstrated success with software to SaaS transformational projects.
You will build and run the operating rhythm that keeps the business aligned—annual and quarterly planning, metrics/OKRs, portfolio visibility, and decision forums that surface trade-offs early. You will also partner with functional leaders to improve how we operate, incorporate AI, automation, and analytics to create leverage across the operating model.
You will be in the work—driving outcomes, unblocking teams, creating clarity, and ensuring the President’s top priorities move from intent to execution.
