Role Description
WorkPartners is hiring a full-time Strategy Specialist! This role will predominantly work remotely and will work standard daylight hours Monday - Friday. Preference will be given to those with prior experience working as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or in an implementation role.
Under the general direction of the Business Operations Management team, this role will:

Analyze, identify, propose, and implement solutions for all business areas.

Act as subject matter expert supporting all areas and interact with staff to answer questions and resolve issues as they arise.

Oversee administrative and special projects related to the implementation of new products/business and maintenance of existing business.

Use business acumen, knowledge, and understanding of Workpartners products and services to identify opportunities to improve financial performance and operational efficiencies.

Articulate these opportunities to internal and external audiences, implement the solutions, and track and monitor progress.

Take a leadership role in the enhancement, development, documentation, and communication of identified variances.

Understand the causes of financial & operational trends and anomalies.
Responsibilities:

Serve as a liaison between clients and internal partners, driving toward timely delivery of agreed-upon services.

Ensure client requirements for new implementations and change requests are comprehensively gathered and documented.

Collaborate with Operations Team to identify solutions that will meet stakeholder requirements using system functionality and best practices.

Identify areas of concern that may compromise client satisfaction through data analysis, and propose solutions based on findings, expertise, and research.

Actively identify and implement work process improvements to enhance team performance.

Openly participate in meetings, provide ideas and suggestions to ensure client satisfaction and promote teamwork.

Provide support to legal team, Workpartners product lines, and executive leadership.

Take a leadership role in mentoring and motivating staff to build a strong cohesive team.

Identify appropriate resources and support needed to facilitate decisions to achieve optimal outcomes.

Interface with customers by telephone, correspondence, and/or in person to answer inquiries and resolve concerns/issues.

Manage special projects as assigned by Management team; develop/maintain project plans, as needed.

Manage, update, and maintain project and process notes in Workpartners systems.

Meet deadlines and turnaround times set by Management staff, which may require working extended hours until project completion.

Assist other departments during periods of backlogs.

Attend meetings on behalf of Manager/Director.

Participate in training programs when available/as requested.

Maintain employee/insured confidentiality.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. Preference will be given to those with a Bachelor's degree.

Minimum five years general business experience.

Prior experience working as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, in an implementation role, or a related project role is strongly preferred.

Experience in health care insurance or health care industry is a bonus, but those with relevant experience in other industries will be considered.

Competence in MS Office required, including MS Excel, MS Access, MS Word.

Excellent planning, communication, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience in QA/Audit/Systems testing development and execution preferred.
