Role Description
The Strategy and Foresight Advisor plays a critical role in shaping the organization’s long-term direction and ensuring sustained competitive advantage. This role supports the development, articulation, and execution of both enterprise-wide and functional strategies and plans. It integrates data-driven insights with forward-looking perspectives to help the organization proactively respond to emerging trends, risks, and opportunities.

Lead the development, refinement, and communication of enterprise and business unit strategies.

Translate high-level organizational objectives into actionable, measurable plans that drive growth, efficiency, and long-term value creation.

Articulate the organization’s strategy clearly and consistently across the enterprise to ensure shared understanding and alignment.

Develop and reinforce cohesive messaging that connects strategic priorities to business actions.

Partner closely with business units and functional teams to ensure alignment of operational plans, initiatives, and resource allocations with strategic priorities.

Facilitate alignment workshops and governance processes to maintain consistency and accountability across the organization.

Apply strategic foresight methodologies—including environmental scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning—to anticipate future market conditions.

Gather and synthesize market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, disruptions, and growth opportunities.

Provide actionable recommendations to leadership based on data-driven insights.

Establish metrics and tracking mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.

Continuously refine strategies and plans based on performance outcomes, changing conditions, and new insights.

Monitor and evaluate enterprise performance, providing actionable insights for improvement to strategy & execution practices.
Qualifications

A bachelor's degree preferably in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.

6–8 years of progressive experience in strategic planning, market research, corporate strategy, strategic communications, or a related discipline is required.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
