Role Description
Corporate Strategy professionals shape Kyndryl's long-term direction and growth by leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives and supporting executive decision-making. They partner closely with senior leaders to develop and execute enterprise strategies, leverage market, financial, customer, and competitive insights, and solve complex business challenges that drive growth and enterprise value.
In this role, you will:

Lead and support Kyndryl's most important strategic priorities.

Work closely with senior executives, business-unit leaders, finance teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Evaluate complex business challenges and identify opportunities for value creation.

Develop recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes.

Conduct rigorous market research, competitive benchmarking, strategic assessments, and financial analyses.

Develop executive-level recommendations, strategic roadmaps, investment theses, and implementation plans.

Ensure alignment across stakeholders and monitor progress against strategic objectives.
Qualifications
-
Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD) in business, economics, finance, engineering, analytics, or a related field.

Over 7 years of experience in corporate strategy, pricing strategy, go-to-market strategy, commercial strategy, or management consulting.

Demonstrated expertise developing GTM and pricing strategies for managed services, cloud services, software/SaaS, IT infrastructure, or hybrid technology offerings.

Ability to build robust business cases, price waterfalls, margin analyses, elasticity assessments, unit economics models, total cost of ownership models, and customer ROI frameworks.

Experience shaping go-to-market strategies, including sales and channel motions, portfolio positioning, launch planning, customer segmentation, partner monetization, and KPI frameworks.

Strong critical thinking, data analysis, financial modeling, and structured problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for developing executive and board-level presentations, pricing recommendations, decision memos, and implementation roadmaps.

Extensive customer-facing or stakeholder-facing exposure with strong commercial acumen.
Requirements

Experience in global technology services, managed infrastructure, cloud, software/SaaS, cybersecurity, IT modernization, or hyperscaler partner ecosystems.

Experience supporting pricing transformations, portfolio simplification, commercial governance, go-to-market redesign, sales enablement, or partner monetization programs.

Familiarity with pricing analytics, CRM/CPQ workflows, cloud financial management/FinOps, product management practices, or software licensing operations.

Industry certifications or training in cloud platforms, FinOps, pricing, product management, strategic finance, or related disciplines.
