[Hiring] Zoho Developer & Implementation Specialist @Borders & Gates

Role Description

We are looking for a talented Zoho Developer & Implementation Specialist who is passionate about building business applications, automating processes, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

• Design, develop, customize, and deploy solutions using the Zoho ecosystem.
• Build and maintain applications using Zoho Creator.
• Customize Zoho CRM, including modules, layouts, workflows, blueprints, and automation.
• Develop Deluge scripts, custom functions, widgets, and API integrations.
• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party platforms using REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware such as Zoho Flow.
• Configure and implement additional Zoho applications such as Books, Inventory, Desk, Projects, People, Recruit, Analytics, and Forms.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize existing Zoho implementations.
• Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and user training.
• Prepare technical documentation and implementation guides.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver projects on time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing and implementing Zoho solutions.
• Strong experience with Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting.
• Experience with Zoho Analytics.
• Experience with Zoho Books and Inventory.
• Experience with Make, Zapier, or other automation platforms.
• Experience implementing ERP, CRM, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of business process automation.
• Experience with Zoho Flow is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
