Role Description

Remote Web Developer (Equity Partner - 10%)

As a Founding Web Developer, you will architect, build, and deploy both platforms from scratch. You are not just a coder - you are a technical co-builder.

• Product Development
  • Develop full-stack web applications (frontend + backend)
  • Build scalable database architecture
  • Implement secure payment gateway integrations
  • Develop admin dashboards
  • Deploy MVP and iterate rapidly
• Solar Fintech Specific
  • Micro-share allocation logic
  • Wallet & transaction history system
  • Solar data API integration
  • ROI calculation engine
  • Investor performance dashboard
• Carpooling Platform Specific
  • Ride-matching algorithm
  • Location-based search
  • Booking & seat allocation system
  • Driver/passenger profile system
• Infrastructure
  • Cloud deployment (AWS / GCP / Azure)
  • CI/CD pipelines

Qualifications

• React / Next.js / Vue (Frontend)
• Node.js / Django / Laravel (Backend)
• SQL / NoSQL databases
• Payment gateway integration experience

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome if:
  • You have built real projects
  • You can show GitHub work
  • You understand scalable architecture

Equity Structure - 10%

• Vesting Terms
  • 10% Equity total allocation
  • 4-year vesting schedule
  • 1-year cliff
  • Monthly vesting after cliff
• Meaning:
  • If you leave before 12 months - 0% equity
  • After 12 months - 2.5% vests
  • Remaining 7.5% vests monthly over next 36 months
• Acceleration possible upon:
  • Fundraising
  • Acquisition
  • Revenue milestones

Anti-Compete Clause

• During active involvement and for 12 months after departure:
  • Developer shall not build or join a competing fractional solar fintech platform.
  • Developer shall not build or join a direct competing intercity carpooling platform.
  • Applies only within India.
  • Does not restrict general software employment.

No Drag-Out Clause

• Developer equity cannot be forcibly bought back without mutual consent.
• No forced exit provisions.
• Equity dilution only through standard funding rounds.
• All equity rights protected proportionally.

Expected Commitment

• Minimum 25-40 hours/week.
• MVP launch target: 4-6 months.
• Long-term technical ownership mindset.
