• Apply your skills to support Gainwell as we help clients deliver better health and human services outcomes.
• Strengthen our capabilities as you design, develop, install, test and document applications software — including server, client and web components.
• Play a vital role in designing, documenting and delivering technical architecture solution elements.
• Support coordination between application architects and developers to ensure design requirements are accurate and deliver the desired ROI for clients.
• Define and develop project requirements, functional specifications and detailed application solution designs for clients.
• Focus on the details as you develop technical documentation and test plans to support integration and deployment.
• Advance key goals and objectives for Gainwell and our clients by working closely with software developers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Software Design, Development, Production Support, and On-Call experience, leveraging .NET C#, .NET Core, JavaScript, Razor Pages, Web API .NET, REST, SOAP APIs, and SQL Server to deliver scalable enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Methodologies, including the Waterfall SDLC, with experience Designing, Developing, Testing, Deploying, and Supporting Applications throughout the full development life cycle.
• Skilled Programmer and Solution Designer with the ability to work across multiple technologies and environments, utilizing Azure DevOps, Cloud Platforms such as AWS, and Modern Application architecture best practices.
• Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills, experienced partnering with clients, business stakeholders, and senior leadership to drive objectives, resolve issues, and deliver successful outcomes.
• Collaborative team player who works effectively across cross-functional teams, contributes to shared goals, and supports organizational success through technical expertise, problem solving, and stakeholder engagement.

• The pay range for this position is $58,200.00 - $83,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
