Role Description

Lead the technical strategy and product architecture while remaining actively involved in development. This role is responsible for evolving the platform from an estimation-based model into a data-driven product, with a strong focus on:

• Data ingestion
• AI integration
• Scalability

Qualifications

• 8 years of hands-on experience with backend development and software architecture
• Extensive experience with data ingestion pipelines
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling
• Experience with external API integrations (ideally Plaid, Codat, Railz)
• Proven ability to design and implement multi-tenant architectures
• Strong understanding of AI/LLMs and RAG pipelines
• Excellent experience working with Azure (Data Lake, Azure SQL, App Services)
• Experience building data-heavy products (fintech, analytics, etc.)
• Ability to make key technical decisions for scalable systems
• Strong financial knowledge (P&L, EBITDA, cash flow)
• Advanced English level
