[Hiring] Unifier and Web Services Administrator @Serigor, Inc.

Role Description

Maintain and support Oracle Primavera Unifier Version: 26.6 and higher; making changes to existing business processes, data views, user defined reports, BI custom prints, etc.

• Identify configuration defects and make necessary corrections.
• Assist application administrators with first level user support.
• Maintain existing ASP code for the reservations portal and the Client project listing web pages.
• Support existing staff with the administration and maintenance of Oracle Primavera Unifier.
• Support the Client business owners within the Bureau of Building, Grounds, and Real Property Management.
• Create a new web application for the Client's existing reservation system currently integrated with Primavera Unifier.
• Upgrade the existing Reservation code from .Net Core 8 to 10.
• Collaborate closely with existing staff and other contractors.
• Demonstrate communication, cross training, and flexibility in priorities and working with deadlines.

Qualifications

• A four-year degree from an accredited school in Computer Science, Information Technology, or like field.
• Seven (7) years or more of direct experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier (Version: 26 experience is required).
• Seven (7) years or more of direct and specific experience creating applications in multiple programming languages.
• Five (5) years or more of direct database design and administration.
• Five (5) years or more of experience with application and database security, privacy, and compliance decisions.
• Advanced knowledge of Visual Studio to include the use of Visual Studio 2026 version 18.7.2.
• Advanced knowledge of VB.NET, .NET Framework, .NET CORE programming.
• Advanced knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL), and SQL database.
• Proficient with IIS configuration.
• Proficient with Windows Server versions 2016 through 2025.
• Advanced knowledge of C#.
• Documentation and knowledge transfer experience.
• Excellent English-speaking skills, written communication skills, and knowledge transfer skills.

Requirements

• Drupal Content Management System versions 10 and 11, and web application development.
• Ability to publish web applications via Visual Studio to IIS.
