[Hiring] Technical - EBS/Apps Development @VARITE

Role Description

• Document data conversion strategies, mapping templates, and validation procedures.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure accurate data mapping.
• Lead and execute end-to-end data migration from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
• Analyze legacy EBS data structures and map them to Fusion data models.
• Develop and validate data extraction scripts using SQL/PLSQL.
• Utilize Oracle tools like FBDI (File-Based Data Import), HDL (HCM Data Loader), and ADFDI for data loading.
• Perform data cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot data load errors and perform root cause analysis.
• Exposure to BI Publisher, OTBI for data validation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of EBS R12 architecture, APIs, open interfaces, and data models.
• Experience with Fusion cloud ERP/HCM data structures, business objects, and integration tools.
• Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud will be an added advantage.
• Strong expertise in Oracle EBS modules (Financials, SCM).
• Hands-on experience with Fusion Cloud data migration tools (FBDI, HDL, ADFDI).
• Good to have exposure to Oracle BICC Connectors and loading data from Oracle cloud fusion to 3rd party data warehouses.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and data transformation logic.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud ERP architecture and business objects.
• Experience in managing large-scale data conversions and integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Mandatory Skills: Fusion techno functional with prior PeopleSoft Experience.
• Good to have Skills: Data Conversion experience to Fusion.
• Total Experience: 10 years.
• Relevant experience: 8 years.
