[Hiring] Technical Delivery Junior Engineer @Capacity

Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Technical Delivery Junior Engineer to join our company. As a Technical Delivery Junior Engineer, you are passionate about Linux, technology, and a job well done. In this Junior Delivery position, you will work with Conversational and AI Technologies from day one, learning alongside a highly technical team. You will help deploy Verbio solutions in customer infrastructures under the guidance of senior colleagues, accompanying them until the solution is successfully installed. You will also support the maintenance of our facilities and start becoming a technical reference for our customers as you grow. Above all, we want someone with real curiosity, proactivity, and eagerness to learn and listen.

• Supporting technical communication/interaction with the end customer, under supervision, and replying to customer requests by email.
• Participating in the deployment of Capacity/Verbio solutions either in the customer's infrastructure or Capacity cloud, together with senior team members.
• Working closely with customers and colleagues to troubleshoot Capacity/Verbio deployments, escalating when needed.
• Supporting Project Managers and senior Engineers to ensure project success.
• Establishing communication with product or infrastructure teams to support a successful deployment.
• Keeping updated and well-trained/informed about Capacity/Verbio's products/solutions including tools, programming interfaces, integration mechanisms, requirements, and limitations of the technology.
• Collaborating with other Technical Delivery Team members in content generation by providing technical information describing how Capacity/Verbio products work on customer's infrastructure.
• Sharing relevant feedback and observations from customers with senior colleagues and product teams.
• Supporting the sales/presales Representative owning the account to provide the best customer experience possible.
• Learning and progressively contributing to standards and methodologies for deploying and integrating our AI technology into our customers' systems.
• Collaborating with product teams in maintaining internal systems for Quality Assurance.
• Taking the initiative to propose improvements to Verbio's platform architecture and functionality as your knowledge grows.
• Asking questions and actively seeking feedback to accelerate your learning curve.

Qualifications

• Telecommunications or Computer Engineer (Master or Degree), or equivalent practical experience/training.
• Customer-focused, good proficiency in oral and written communication/presentation skills.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Unix/Linux Server Administration.
• Basic knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python).
• Basic knowledge or genuine interest in SaaS platforms (deployment, configuration, or support).
• Basic knowledge of or strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and/or conversational technologies.
• Ability to read source code in order to understand and support the product team.
• Basic experience with version control tools (Git).
• Great willingness to learn, listen actively, and take feedback constructively.
• High proactivity and autonomy to research and propose solutions.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt in a fast-moving, constantly changing work environment.
• Ability to work remotely but in total coordination with remote teams/workmates.
• Strong team-player and self-motivated.
• Good English and Spanish proficiency levels (B2/C1).

Requirements

• Previous internship or academic project experience in Linux, scripting, or cloud environments.
• Basic knowledge of communication protocols (SIP, RTP, HTTP, REST API, WebSockets).
• Exposure to Agile working methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban).
• Basic programming skills in C/C++.
• Familiarity with Docker or containers in general.
• Basic knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
• Curiosity about open-source VoIP services such as Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, and OpenSIPS.
