[Hiring] Team Lead Golang @EPAM Systems

Role Description

We are seeking a Team Lead Golang (GCP) to drive the design, delivery, and support of critical capabilities within a high-performance ecosystem. Guided by centralized governance to mitigate risks and orchestrate delivery, this role will ensure optimal technology selection and best practices across automated processing, backend services, agent chat, and back-office interfaces, delivering seamless operational flow and next-generation engagement.

• Design and build Go-based ingestion services to handle high-concurrency document uploads (PDFs, spreadsheets, API payloads) utilizing Goroutines and Channels for stream-based processing.
• Architect robust connectors and webhooks to ingest documents from diverse channels (APIs, storefronts, SFTP, and email servers) and route them efficiently to downstream OCR and AI engines.
• Own the "Order & Cart Construction" and downstream integration layers to ensure reliable transactional delivery of massive batched orders (150+ lines) to ERPs and e-commerce platforms.
• Lead a team of Go engineers and enforce high-quality coding standards.
• Conduct deep design and code reviews to maintain engineering excellence.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment workflows.
• Ensure optimal technology selection and adherence to best practices across the ecosystem.
• Deliver and support critical capabilities, including automated processing, backend services, agent chat, and back-office interfaces.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development with expertise in Go Core and Go Language.
• Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Google Agent Development Kit.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of engineers.
• Background in architecting high-concurrency, stream-based processing systems.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipeline management and design/code review practices.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Requirements

• Background in B2B Commerce and E-commerce platforms (Nice to have).
• Familiarity with Specification Driven Development (SDD) (Nice to have).
