Role Description

To accomplish the work outlined above, FDACS requires an experienced systems software programmer with the following skills and experiences:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle WebForm
• Minimum 5 years of experience in programming in Toad or SQL+
• Demonstrated experience with object-oriented development techniques is required
• Experience working in a multi-development group is required
• Demonstrated 3 years of experience working with RTS application components is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and user staff

Qualifications

• The contractor may provide ONLY one (1) candidate response as follows:
• One (1) resume per candidate.
• Resume shall not exceed three (3) pages in length.
• The candidate's experience must be verifiable via references.
• The contractor shall explain how the proposed candidate meets the minimum requirements and explain the candidate's experience in performing the representative activities.

Requirements

• The quote must contain names, addresses, phone numbers and email contacts of three (3) separate government-entity customers for whom they have provided similar services within the last three (3) years.
• It is the responsibility of the contractor to assure that the Department can timely verify all references provided.
