Role Description

We're seeking a Full-Stack Developer to build and maintain a custom ShipHero CMS and operational tooling layer that powers warehouse operations, order flows, fulfillment exceptions, inventory visibility, and internal workflows. You'll own the full stack—frontend and backend designing scalable, production-grade systems that integrate seamlessly with ShipHero and Shopify, while creating intuitive interfaces that streamline operations for logistics, engineering, and operations teams.

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance frontend dashboards using React.js for operational workflows.
• Build and support backend services with Node.js and Express.js, ensuring robust CMS functionality.
• Design and implement core modules: order & fulfillment management, shipment tracking, inventory visibility, warehouse workflows, and automation triggers.
• Integrate ShipHero APIs, Shopify, and internal systems for seamless data flow and real-time updates.
• Implement secure authentication, session management, and role-based access control (RBAC) for operational users.
• Write clean, modular code with unit and integration tests; maintain CI/CD pipelines and support deployments via Git, Docker, and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Logistics, Product, and Support teams to refine features and optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience with React.js and Node.js (Express).
• Strong JavaScript (ES6+) skills with working knowledge of TypeScript.
• Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of databases and ability to write optimized queries.
• Familiarity with authentication flows, security best practices, and role-based access control.
• Experience building real-time systems or event-driven features.
• Ability to independently own and deliver end-to-end features from design to deployment.
• Experience with ShipHero, WMS/OMS platforms, Shopify integrations, Python scripting, microservices, and Agile/Scrum workflows.
