Role Description

One Contact Center (OneCC) is building Deutsche Telekom's future voice and interaction platform for contact centers across Germany and Europe. The program is creating a sustainable digital customer experience by bringing voice, email, fax, and digital channels such as WhatsApp and social media together in Sprinklr.

Integrated with AI capabilities, the platform supports more than 110,000 calls and more than 85,000 written contacts each day. You will help configure, integrate, and implement the platform at the center of this customer service environment.

The global OneCC program is currently ramping up. This gives you the stability and scale of Deutsche Telekom together with the opportunity to influence how the platform is implemented and developed across markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Sprinklr solutions in line with Deutsche Telekom business requirements and platform best practices.
• Translate business and operational needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Drive the delivery lifecycle from analysis and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and handover.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication mechanisms across Sprinklr modules, including Groovy and JavaScript where required.
• Work closely with IT, Business, and Operations stakeholders to resolve requirements, dependencies, and implementation issues.
• Support product adoption by documenting solutions, sharing knowledge, and training Client Champions.

Qualifications

• At least three years of relevant professional experience with Sprinklr, including platform configuration and implementation.
• Practical experience with Groovy or JavaScript and a strong understanding of RESTful API architecture.
• Experience with technical integrations, including webhooks and authentication mechanisms.
• Knowledge of voice and telephony technologies such as SIP, VoIP, IVR, and session border controllers.
• A builder's mindset, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate in an agile, international environment.
• Knowledge of conversational AI or the telecommunications industry is an advantage.
