Role Description

For a logistics multinational, we are looking for a Specialist Blue Yonder (formally JDA) Dispatcher with very high English. The required candidate will possess advanced technical experience, predominantly focused on Blue Yonder (formally JDA) Dispatcher and display a high level of customer service skills and operational understanding.

Qualifications

• Three plus years of experience in 3PL from a systems and operational perspective.
• Extensive experience with BY Dispatcher from a technical configuration perspective (multiple versions).
• Track record of IT projects (implementations and development programmes).

Requirements

• Knowledge of WMS systems used within Logistics.
• Knowledge of change and release processes utilized for IT products.
• Knowledge of the application and deployment of software testing / QA processes.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
