[Hiring] Software Engineer 1 (Backend) @Interview Kickstart

Role Description

You will be closely working with a team of other experienced developers and doing pretty much everything, from developing large features to fixing on-call bugs.

• Designing and developing new APIs
• Optimizing/fixing bugs in the existing APIs
• Writing tests for the APIs
• Resolving on-call bugs as a first priority
• Continuing work on feature development planned for the sprint
• Contributing to front-end development in NextJS and jQuery (if experienced/ interested)

Qualifications

• An AI-first approach for solving problems
• 0.5+ years of full-time experience in Python and Django/Django REST framework (DRF)
• Good understanding of MySQL, Git, and GitHub/GitLab
• Good debugging and online searching skills
• Good communication skills
• Good problem-solving skills (ability to solve easy data structures and algorithms problems)
