Role Description

Join the Samaaro team as a Full Time Software Developer Engineer - 1, specializing in Software Development in the IT-ITeS industry. We are seeking talented individuals with a passion for IT Services and educational qualifications ranging from 1-3 Years.

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer with 1+ years of hands-on experience to join our core engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to take ownership, work across the stack, and grow in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You’ll be working directly on live enterprise projects and subscription accounts that Samaaro owns, helping us deliver real value to customers in real-time. You’ll collaborate closely with senior developers, designers, and the product team to build and ship features that power events for global brands.

What You’ll Own

• Product Engineering:
  • Build and deploy features across the stack using EJS (frontend), Node.js (backend), and MongoDB (database)
  • Work on live projects and subscription accounts used by our enterprise clients
  • Collaborate with the product and design teams to implement efficient, scalable, and user-friendly solutions
• Architecture & System Design:
  • Contribute to architectural discussions, database design, and feature scoping
  • Break down large problems into scalable modules and clean components
• DevOps & Performance:
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and production deployments
  • Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and ensure high availability
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with QA, design, and customer success teams for fast feedback loops
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and product brainstorming
• Innovation & Ownership:
  • Take ownership of modules from design to deployment
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging tech, frameworks, and best practices

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Strong in JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, and React.js
• Experience with MongoDB, REST APIs, and microservices
• Comfortable working with Git, CI/CD, and AWS or any cloud platform
• Solid understanding of data structures, security, and scalability
• A builder mindset: proactive, collaborative, and outcome-driven

Requirements

• Bonus if you have:
  • Experience with WebSockets, Redis, or real-time systems
  • Familiarity with TypeScript, Docker, or Kubernetes
  • Exposure to analytics, AI/ML, or SaaS-based products
