Role Description

Position: Software Developers (Must own MacBook)

Type: Contract

Compensation: $50–$60/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Complete and narrate real software development tasks on your Mac to create high-quality training data for advanced AI models.
• Build, debug, refactor, and review code to support AI model benchmarking and improvement.
• Work independently with clearly structured responsibilities, avoiding high pressure typical in internships or full-time roles.
• Utilize everyday developer tools on macOS such as VS Code, Xcode, Terminal, Git, and package managers.

Qualifications

• Must-Have MacBook or Mac with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor, running macOS 15 or higher.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages like Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Swift, Java, Go.
• Comfortable with developer tools on macOS such as VS Code, Xcode, Terminal, Git.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed Master's studies, or 2-3 years of relevant experience + Bachelor's from a prestigious institution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
