Role Description

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications and services using C#, Java, and Python
• Deploy and manage containerized services using Docker and Kubernetes, including image security, secrets management, and access controls
• Embed security practices across the software development lifecycle, including vulnerability scanning, infrastructure-as-code security, and continuous monitoring
• Collaborate with prime contractor on compliance, audit, and authorization-related activities applicable when serving in subcontracting on projects
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and web-based interfaces for customer applications
• Automate workflows and integrate with third-party tools and platforms via APIs
• Support rapid prototyping and iterative delivery in small-team, customer-facing environments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, AND 5+ years of experience, OR Master's degree AND 3+ years of experience
• Proficiency in C#, Java, and Python
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker (containerization and orchestration), including security hardening of containerized environments
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a United States citizen
• Must be eligible for and willing to obtain up to a Top Secret/SCI clearance

Requirements

• Space industry experience
• Experience with front-end development using React or Angular
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
• Experience designing, securing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps) with platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
• Experience with Apache Kafka
• Experience with container/image security scanning tools and secrets management platforms
• Active security clearance
