Role Description

BUGENDAITECH US LLC is looking for a talented and driven Snowflake Migration Architect / Technical Lead / Senior Developer to lead the migration of large-scale on-premises databases and data warehouse platforms to Snowflake Cloud Data Platform. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on Snowflake expertise, experience designing and executing complex database/data warehouse migrations, and prior experience working within the Healthcare domain.

This is a senior hands-on role requiring the candidate to participate in:

• Architecture
• Design
• Development
• Migration planning
• Performance optimization
• Testing
• Cutover
• Post-production stabilization

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with healthcare data/platforms
• Experience with areas such as patient/member data, claims, providers, eligibility, clinical data, EHR/EMR, payer/provider systems, PHI/PII, HIPAA-controlled environments, HL7, or FHIR is highly preferred

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or a related technical role
• Proven hands-on experience with Snowflake, including migrations, performance tuning, and administration
• Experience leading technical teams and managing project deliverables in an Agile environment
• Snowflake SnowPro certification is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
