Role Description

• Slack platform knowledge - Permissions and OAuth Management
• Building Slack apps - Creating custom apps, Interactive buttons and forms, Modal dialogs
• Bot development - Building conversational bots, Sending and receiving messages, Event-driven programming
• Workflow automation - Automating approvals, Connecting business processes, Creating custom workflow steps
• API integration - Slack Web API, Events API, webhooks
• AI integration - Connecting LLMs like ChatGPT or Claude, RAG, Agentic workflows
• For other integration work, knowledge on Node JS/Python/Java will be an added advantage

Qualifications

• Top Skills:
• Slack platform knowledge - Permissions and OAuth Management
• Building Slack apps - Creating custom apps, Interactive buttons and forms, Modal dialogs
• Bot development - Building conversational bots, Sending and receiving messages, Event-driven programming
• Prior experience in Integrating Slack with SF-CRM, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, etc.
• Primary skillset needed is Slack, and nice-to-have skillset is Salesforce-CRM (Slack is Must-have skill)
