Role Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to build and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications. The role focuses on hands-on configuration and development, including:

• Workflows
• Flow Designer
• Scripting
• Integrations
• UI customization
• Platform extensions

While applying best practices that keep the platform clean, upgrade-safe, and performant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript (ES5/ES6) programming skills.
• Expertise with:
  • Business Rules
  • Script Includes
  • Client Scripts
  • UI Actions
  • UI Policies
• Experience with:
  • Flow Designer
  • IntegrationHub
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • MID Servers
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and Service Portal development.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience required.
• Sponsorship for U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD Holders, and H-1B transfer candidates is available. New H-1B visa petitions cannot be sponsored for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or ITOM).
• Experience with:
  • Now Assist
  • GenAI Controller
  • App Engine Studio
• Exposure to multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
