[Hiring] ServiceNow Solution Architect @Edge Tech

Role Description

This is a principal-level Solution Architect role with a fast-growing international technology consultancy - expanding rapidly across North America and Europe through 2025 and beyond.

• Own the technical vision on enterprise AI and automation engagements.
• Design agentic frameworks.
• Define data fabric architectures.
• Integrate ServiceNow with the broader AI ecosystem.
• Guide clients from whiteboard to production with actual results.

It's client-facing, it's strategic, and the client base is serious - enterprises in financial services, healthcare, and beyond who are genuinely trying to transform how they work, not just tick a digital transformation box.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of architecting ServiceNow solutions, AI and Data Fabric focus.
• Cross-platform integration - ServiceNow with Azure OpenAI, Databricks, RPA tools like UiPath.
• LLM knowledge - understanding how they work and where they fit in enterprise automation.
• 2+ years in an architecture or practice leadership role, with mentoring responsibility.
• Senior stakeholder confidence - comfortable owning the room in client conversations.
• CSA certification plus at least one advanced cert (CIS Now Assist, IntegrationHub, or App Dev preferred).
• Multi-agent orchestration or AI Control Tower experience is a strong plus.
