Role Description

• Individual performance measures (KPIs) required of the job that align with company goals and ensure accountability for the delivery of measurable results and clear linkage to the Performance Management Process (PMP).
• Keys Results (KPI’s):
• Delivery of timely and cost-effective IT solutions that meet business requirements.
• Variance of schedule (planned versus actual) within 5%.
• Meet or exceed stated business objectives in terms of system requirements, module timeline, and scope of work.
• Manage Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Application Maintenance Service (AMS) of outsourced vendors.
• All reported incidents are closed and all assigned enhancements are completed as specified in the SLA.
• Manage and control project budget.
• Variance of schedule (planned versus actual) within 5%.
