Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help design and lead the development of a critical execution and coordination layer within our infrastructure. This role involves shaping core systems, improving performance and reliability, and building scalable solutions that power automated workflows across distributed environments.

• Develop and refine the architecture, algorithms, and infrastructure behind execution coordination, optimization, and workflow processing.
• Conduct in-depth code and system design reviews, make key architectural decisions, and maintain high development standards.
• Work closely with product, research, and external partners to align technical capabilities with broader objectives.
• Deliver systems that operate with low latency and high throughput across distributed and decentralized environments.
• Help design and improve incentive models and participation mechanisms within the ecosystem.
• Actively contribute to coding, prototyping, and solving complex technical challenges.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong background in distributed systems, large-scale infrastructure, or high-performance networking.
• Experience working with smart contracts, blockchain-based systems, or cryptoeconomic models.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Go (experience with Rust is a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with globally distributed teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex technical and organizational challenges.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a high degree of ownership.

Requirements

• Experience with competitive systems, auction-based mechanisms, or optimization strategies.
• Familiarity with cross-system communication protocols or advanced cryptographic techniques.
• Exposure to AI/ML applications in optimization or decision-making systems.
• Contributions to open-source projects, particularly in decentralized or emerging technology ecosystems.

Benefits

• Total compensation range: $250,000 – $280,000 (including base salary and token-based incentives with vesting schedule).
