Role Description

What we are looking for:

• An experienced engineer that is passionate about building enterprise grade systems and applying AIML concepts while implementing the solutions.
• Enthusiastic about working in the latest technologies and/or developing large scale server-side technologies for collaboration platforms supporting rich conversational experiences blended with Artificial Intelligence.
• A team player with the ability and desire to bring new ideas.
• Solid understanding of building amazing, performant and scalable user interfaces/servers with large scale data, an obsession with design aesthetics, and engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline with 5+ years of software industry experience for bachelors.
• Significant experience designing and implementing highly interactive and high-volume applications.
• Expertise in backend technologies: Java, Junit, REST, JSON, AIML and associated concepts.
• Experience with relational databases, SQL and frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, and frontend technologies.
• Solid JavaScript experience along with Python and AIML concepts.
• Competent in aspects of design, usability, and scalability.
• Experience in ML/Natural Language systems and Large Language Models, including their applications in conversational AI and natural language processing.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Requirements

• For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $143,200 - $243,400, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
• Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
• Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
