Role Description

As a Senior Software Engineer at Hudl, you will:

• Be a key technical leader. Support the team by breaking down complex engineering problems, advocating for best practices, and guiding others.
• Maintain efficiency. Ensure your team delivers high-impact work efficiently by focusing on outcomes over outputs.
• Collaborate across disciplines. Work closely with leaders from various disciplines to plan and iteratively deliver enhancements across our product suite.
• Champion agentic AI. Think agent-first to accelerate software development and coach your team and peers to do the same.

Requirements

• Professional background in TypeScript, React, GraphQL, C#, React, MongoDB, and AWS.
• Video encoding and storage experience.
• Mobile development know-how.
• Transaction processing and financial systems experience.
• Sports industry knowledge.
• Familiarity with hybrid teams.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is displayed below—starting salaries will typically fall near the middle of this range.

Base Salary Range: $112,000 — $187,000 USD

This role will also be eligible for a long-term incentive (LTI) award based on individual and company performance.
