[Hiring] Senior Software Engineer @ Aras Corporation

Role Description

We invite an experienced Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d) to the ASF team. You will work in a cross-functional team that develops reliable and scalable solutions using Aras Innovator infrastructure to meet the business requirements and needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the Product Owner to create and refine User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• Participating in 3-month rough planning and defining iteration (sprint) goals
• Engaging in research and prototyping
• Working closely with product architects to refine technical solutions
• Applying best design and coding practices to create high-quality components
• Developing solutions and ensuring iteration goals are met
• Writing automated tests to ensure code quality
• Participating in code reviews to maintain high standards
• Continuously improving team processes
• Promoting knowledge sharing across the team and beyond

Qualifications

• Development Knowledge: .Net, C#, JS, TS, SQL
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns
• Performance optimization and analytics skills
• Software development process knowledge (Estimation, Development Flow)
• AI-Assisted Development
• LLM Fundamentals (Understanding model types, capabilities, limitations, and selecting the right)
