Role Description

CACI’s Agile Solution Factory (ASF) is looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer for an existing critical system supporting a key CACI DoD program. We are looking for a talented individual to join our technically diverse team responsible for application sustainment which includes new and enhanced functions and features, as well as defect analysis and fix. You will work as an integral part of an Agile Scrum team–a highly productive team of technical professionals who thrive on supporting the customer's mission and growth objectives through Agile software development.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Senior Developer on a cross functional Agile scrum team
• Research, design, develop and/or modify application software systems in direct support of application release deployments.
• Produces detailed specifications and writes software code.
• Works closely with business analysts, designers, and subject matter experts to understand functional requirements.
• Creates and executes test cases and authors technical documentation related to the application.
• Ensures adherence to program configuration change control standards.
• Understands the structure and functionality of the COTS applications (i.e., Oracle).
• Writes interfaces and conversion routines leveraging the application programming interface (API).
• Researches and analyzes third party vendor software tools for implementation within the software development environment.
• Assist with metrics tracking completion, defect reporting, defect prevention, root cause analysis, and development efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen, with an active Secret DoD security clearance.
• College degree (B.S., M.S.) in Information Assurance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline. Experience will be considered in lieu of education.
• Minimum of 7 years related technical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills and desire to work within a team.
• Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong work ethic, and a self-starter.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
• Solution-based thinker; capable of resolving complex technical challenges.
• Works well with limited oversight.
• DoD 8570/8140 certification (current), i.e., Sec+ CE, CASP CE etc.
• Proven track record with expert developer experience in all listed technologies below:
• C#
• Visual Basic
• ASP.NET / MVC
• Database Development / SQL
• Java scripting
• Entity Framework 6.x
• HTML/CSS/Bootstrap
• TFS/GIT
• Palantir Foundry / Army Vantage

Pay Range

The proposed salary range for this position is: $90,300-$189,600.
