[Hiring] Senior Software Developer @Leap Tools

Role Description

At Leap Tools, we are building the world's most advanced solutions for the interior décor industry. Our technology lets you see products in your own room before you buy, enabling you to redesign your home with confidence.

We are building a next-generation advertising platform that embeds products directly into visual experiences. This involves:

• High-scale data pipelines
• Real-time decisioning
• Attribution
• Partner integrations
• Performance-critical systems
• Compelling, visual user experiences

This is an early-stage initiative where senior engineers will define the system architecture, technical direction, and engineering standards.

You will work directly with our talented engineering team to push our product to new heights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience building scalable systems
• Strong computer science fundamentals based on a degree in computer science or distinctive work experience in software development
• Solid understanding of distributed system architecture focusing on availability, reliability, and performance
• Exceptional attention to detail and focus on quality and long-term goals
• Strong communication skills
• A demonstrated ability to provide guidance, mentorship, and support
• A leadership mindset with initiative and decision-making capabilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Requirements

• General familiarity with the programmatic advertising ecosystem is preferred but not mandatory
• Familiarity with the stack is strongly preferred but not required
• Experience with AdTech, data platforms, distributed systems, or analytics pipelines is a strong plus, but not required
