Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Engineer with a passion for delivering impactful, scalable solutions that maximize the value of Salesforce across the organization. This role is ideal for a technologist who combines deep platform expertise with a strong product mindset and a drive to modernize development through AI-enabled practices.

• Play a critical role in shaping and delivering innovative solutions for Sales, Staffing, and Engagement Management functions.
• Partner closely with product teams, architects, and business stakeholders to design and implement high-quality front-end and back-end solutions.
• Continuously improve the developer experience through modern tooling and AI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.
• Strong expertise in Apex (classes, triggers), Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proven experience designing scalable solutions and optimizing business processes.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce core products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and App Cloud.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Solid foundation in object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SDLC best practices.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance development workflows and productivity.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Requirements

• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (Vue, Angular) and JavaScript ecosystem (Nice to Have).
• Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, System Architect) (Nice to Have).
